Sales Hours

Our online store is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit card payments through secure platforms such as Izipay. We also offer the option of direct bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Peruvian soles (PEN).

⁠Shipping
We ship throughout Peru. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and delivery time may vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In Lima, we also offer delivery through our own courier service. To coordinate this option, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email.

Exchanges and Returns
You may request a product exchange within 7 business days of receiving your order. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with original tags attached. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
We do not offer refunds, except in cases of shipping errors or confirmed manufacturing defects.
